Job Position Vacancy: Organizational Management Consultant (Expatriate)

Due to the further development of our organization in Malawi, we are seeking an experienced Organizational Management Consultant to help us optimize our organizational structure, improve employee engagement and productivity, develop effective strategies for growth and sustainability, and set up meeting and reporting structures to get our business into a good rhythm.

This is a 1- 1.5-year position for an expatriate consultant who will work closely with our local team to assess our current organizational practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to help us achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct an organizational assessment to evaluate our current practices and structures and identify areas for improvement

• Set up meeting and reporting structures including related documents and procedures to help our business get into a good rhythm

• Develop customized solutions to address organizational issues and improve efficiency and effectiveness

• Advise us on best practices for employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development

• Facilitate training and development programs to improve our organizational practices and capabilities

• Collaborate with our local team to develop and implement action plans to achieve desired outcomes

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation of solutions

• Monitor and evaluate progress towards goals and recommend adjustments as needed.


Qualifications:

• Experience in organizational consulting or management roles

• Experience in working abroad

• Knowledge of Timotheos Foundation is preferred

• Cultural sensitivity

• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and patterns

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with local team members and stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to create support for changes

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing organizational strategies and practices

• Knowledge of best practices in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement

• Willingness to live and work in Malawi for a period of 1-1.5 years
